Think about Talent and Skills differently and make a real impact

A welcoming and supportive setting where you can develop and make a real difference in the world – that’s what you’ll find at COFRA. We’re a family business, geared to creating lasting value and united by an ambition to change industries and society for the better. Aspiration and entrepreneurism are encouraged and rewarded with opportunity. Teams are diverse yet close-knit. Relationships matter. People matter.

What we can achieve together

Our greatest strength is our people: talented, dedicated professionals who are true experts in their field, committed to the pursuit of excellence and open to new opportunities and ways of capturing them.

As part of our drive to build flourishing businesses, we are dedicated to creating working environments where our people grow and feel that they belong, so they have agency to perform and create impact that matters. We are looking for a driven and innovative Talent & Learning Intern to help us embed a culture of continuous learning and talent development/management that is in line with these values and goals.

You will achieve this through:

  • Contributing to the design and implementation of a strategy that fosters a more continuous learning culture in the workplace, leveraging existing and new learning resources and technologies.
  • Assisting in measuring the impact and effectiveness of learning initiatives on individual, team, and organizational performance and outcomes.
  • Helping to formulate and implement a new talent management framework in line with organisational goals.
  • Supporting other members of the Talent & Skills team where needed.

What you will need

  • Pursuing, or recently completed (within the last 12 months), a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field, such as learning and development, education, psychology, or business administration.
  • A passion and enthusiasm for learning & development and talent management.
  • Project management and organizational skills.
  • Data analysis and/or talent reporting capabilities.
  • Creative and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo of learning in the workplace.
  • A collaborative and flexible mindset, coupled with a pro-active "can-do" attitude and the ability to work effectively in a diverse and close-knit team.

What we offer

  • A six-month, full-time paid internship to bring your ideas to life in a corporate setting, working with the guidance of a team of professionals in talent and learning.
  • Hands-on experience with cutting-edge learning technologies and strategies, and exposure to a variety of talent and learning topics and audiences.
  • A chance to showcase your creativity and project management in a real-world setting, and receive feedback and support for your professional development.

If you fit the profile and are interested in doing good while doing business, we would love to hear from you. And please don’t be shy, we would love to hear what your unique skills are, what motivates you to join our team and what skill you would like to develop while with us.
