We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join our talent team! The role will support the entire department with a focus on US talent. Candidates must be NYC based and authorized to work in the US.
Your Mission:
- Assist in sourcing, casting and contracting talent for campaigns, including but not limited to brand ambassadorships, events, seedings, video and photo productions, and all talent related activations
- Maintain our talent master database up to date by researching and discovering new and interesting talent
- Research and discover new and exciting culturally relevant talent community
- Support the department with talent-related inquiries throughout a campaign or brand activation, including but not limited to:
- Pitching relevant talent
- Pricing
- Maintaining budgets
- Invoicing/contracting
- Confirming and maintaining timelines
- Social tracking
- Seeding packaging and shipping
- Reporting/ recaps
- Organization and administrative tasks
- Support in creating talent agreements and contracts, with clearly defined scope of work, usage and ask for each talent/campaign
- Support in seeding campaigns including the packaging and delivery of products
Your Skills:
- You are currently in enrolled in university program that is linked to production, design, marketing, communication, media or culture
- You have first experiences in influencers sourcing and casting (a plus)
- Understanding of digital media landscape and how content is published and distributed
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- A strong sense of what Highsnobiety represents. You should be plugged in to popular culture with awareness of the what’s going in in fashion, music and other
- Solid experience with Excel and Google Google Drive suite
All interns earn $16 per hour.
