As the Talent Development Program Manager, you will lead efforts to cultivate an inclusive culture where every employee feels valued and empowered. Reporting to the Director of Talent Development, you will drive DEIB strategies and manage initiatives like Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and workshops that shape our organization. You will play a pivotal role in delivering impactful training and advancing our DEIB goals, setting new benchmarks for inclusivity. By collaborating across teams and building strong stakeholder relationships, you will champion a culture of belonging, fostering continuous improvement and innovation in our predominantly remote workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement DEIB strategies that are closely aligned with organizational culture and goals.
- Lead and support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), providing guidance, governance, and resources to enhance engagement and impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the launch and success of DEIB initiatives throughout the organization.
- Design and deliver engaging DEIB eLearning courses, instructor-led training, events, and programming that foster inclusion, belonging, and cultural competence across all levels in the organization.
- Oversee DEIB budgets, vendors, and intranet sites/pages.
- Plan, promote, and execute internal DEIB celebrations, monthly observances, and leadership development initiatives.
- Monitor DEIB metrics, conduct regular assessments, and present findings to stakeholders to guide strategic decisions and track progress.
- Manage and facilitate creation of community partnerships that enhance and expand our DEIB impact and provide meaningful ways for our employees to volunteer.
- Assist in ongoing Talent Development initiatives, including new hire orientation, leadership development efforts, and manager training.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience
- Strong understanding of DEIB principles, strategies, and best practices
- Experience designing and facilitating workshops, training sessions, or leadership development programs, and developing facilitation guides and company-wide resources
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with experience in evaluating program effectiveness and presenting data-driven insights
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with experience preparing executive-level reports
- Superior diplomacy, judgment, and tact
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in DEIB, talent development, or a related area (e.g., SHRM-CP, Certified Diversity Professional).
- Experience in corporate environments or supporting large-scale culture change initiatives.
- Instructional design experience (e.g., virtual instructor-led training, eLearning authoring).
- Video and animation development experience.
- Graphic design experience
The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:
Zone A: $89,580 - $116,460 + equity + benefits
Zone B: $103,017 - $133,929 + equity + benefits
Zone C: $ 111,975 - $145,575 + equity + benefits
Zone D: $116,454 - $151,398 + equity + benefits
This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone.
