The Opportunity:

The Talent Development Partner will play an important role in the Talent Development Center of Excellence, ensuring our programs and processes run smoothly and provide tangible impact. In this role, you will support Talent Development operations while contributing to the conceptual design and delivery of Talent Development programs. 

Your Mission:

  • Drive Talent Development programs and processes, including regular performance management cycles and leadership development
  • Own and drive assigned projects end-to-end while contributing to the delivery of the talent development roadmap
  • Design a company-wide Training Needs Analysis aligned with workforce planning, and work closely with People Business Partners to implement
  • Respond to training needs requests, develop solutions to address training needs through internal facilitation or identify partners to deliver training needs, and coordinate and follow up on training
  • Continuously improve day-to-day operations of talent development, while remaining customer-centric
  • Take a data-centered approach, ensuring that all programs have defined KPIs, and use data insights to monitor and adapt programs and processes
  • Support further digitalization and process optimization in Talent Development operations
  • Maintain knowledge of the latest Talent Development trends
  • Contribute to the success of the People team by contributing to projects from the Talent Development standpoint

What you need to succeed:

  • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in the areas of Talent & Performance Management, Learning & Development or other related field
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering on complex projects and being the main driver in rolling out company-wide initiatives on a global scale
  • Strong grasp of effective learning and development methods, team dynamics, leadership development, and performance management
  • Data-driven and analytical problem solver
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once while prioritizing work appropriately
  • A tendency toward creating Minimum Viable Product (MVP) solutions with a results- and growth-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communicator in spoken and written English with the ability to prepare concise presentations and communication materials for various audiences
  • Experience facilitating training and building community around training cohorts

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience implementing an LMS
