Key areas of responsibility include (but aren't limited to) supporting the design, development, and execution of Boxer’s key growth and development programs, including our EMEA New Hire Orientation, and EMEA manager training experiences. WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Facilitate and lead a cohesive New Hire Orientation program for all EMEA Boxers (remote and in-office). Consult and work closely with the BGET Senior Specialist and local People Partners/People Operations to drive program improvements and regional customization as needed.

  • Collaborate with Go-to-market (Sales) and Build (Engineering/Product) organizational onboarding (team specific) to create a seamless and unified onboarding experience

  • Develop, facilitate and drive learning and development experiences for managers, including core leadership classes. Drive business critical skills in a safe, fun and inclusive environment.

  • Localize applicable global training content for an EMEA audience in partnership with the Director, BGET, business leaders, People Partners, and Communities team to ensure programs meet and exceed organization’s needs.

  • Develop scalable methodologies and meaningful programming for in-person, hybrid and remote global learners.

  • Partner with core cross-functional leaders, People Partners and BGET to coordinate selection and personalized communications that drive engagement within learning and coaching experiences (like BetterUp, The Leadership Consortium and Level Up EQ).

  • Strategically coordinate, in partnership with Director, BGET with external vendors (when required) to maximize curriculum offerings that satisfy business needs for Boxers.

  • Other duties as required and/or assigned

WHO YOU ARE
  • 3+ years L&D experience required with direct experience in full-cycle instructional design and facilitation

  • B.S./B.A. preferred

  • Experience with global, virtual, and hybrid learning

  • Bilingual/Multilingual - Fluent in English and Polish. Other languages a plus

  • You love public speaking and facilitation! And have experience communicating in multiple EU regions.

  • You have experience with building, leading and scaling high-impact learning experiences for leaders, and the reporting and analysis associated with their success.

  • You have mastered program management, execution and operational excellence. You’re known for your attention to detail.

  • You are comfortable in a fast-moving environment with a bias towards action in the face of ambiguity.

  • You have an unmatched desire to learn about trends, identify potential opportunities, and overcome obstacles. You’re not afraid to experiment with new ways of thinking about learning including quickly analyzing and understanding new situations and business problems.

  • You are open to feedback and able to handle confidential information with complete discretion.

Box lives its values, with community and in-person collaboration being a core part of our culture. Boxers are expected to work from their assigned office a minimum of 2 days per week, with a focus on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
