Talent Development Manager | Acquisition & Employee Growth - Manufacturing

The Senior Manager, Talent Recruitment & Growth will be instrumental in designing and implementing global talent strategies, focusing on sourcing, nurturing, and retaining exceptional professionals throughout the organization. Reporting directly to the SVP of Global HR, this position is ideal for a proactive, strategic leader eager to advance talent programs and contribute to our client’s ongoing expansion and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership to assess workforce requirements and establish strong talent pipelines.
  • Drive global recruitment efforts to attract and retain outstanding talent across a diverse, international team.
  • Enhance and manage HR platforms, with a focus on Workday and ATS/Jobvite systems.
  • Shape talent development programs, including leadership training and succession planning, to align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Track and refine recruitment KPIs to ensure they support overarching business priorities.
  • Offer strategic perspectives on talent trends to promote a culture of ongoing growth and enhancement.
  • Support the rollout of succession planning processes and assist with Workday integration.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • SHRM/SPHR certification is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or a similar discipline.
  • Over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition and development, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proficiency with Workday, Jobvite, or comparable HRIS/ATS systems.
  • Background in manufacturing is strongly preferred.
