Within our Talent team, we’re dedicated to creating an exceptional hiring experience for both candidates and internal teams. As a Talent Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in managing the scheduling of interviews across various departments and locations, ensuring smooth and timely communication every step of the way. From coordinating interview logistics to handling rescheduling needs, your attention to detail will ensure candidates enjoy a seamless process. You’ll also conduct thorough reference checks, providing valuable insights to the Talent Acquisition team. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role will allow you to support hiring managers and candidates, enhancing our processes and contributing to an outstanding candidate experience.
