We are hiring two Talent Coordinators (Contract- 6 months) to support our Technology or Commercial recruiting teams in scheduling interviews and system maintenance. You will be an integral part of the Talent team, working in partnership with a variety of team members to provide support and help streamlining the coordination process. The right person for this position will be someone who is detail oriented, skilled in prioritization and excited to start their career in the Recruitment space.

What you'll be doing:

  • Act as the central point of contact for scheduling interviews supporting either our Technology or Commercial recruiting teams including coordinating candidate assessments, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. 
  • Facilitate communication between candidates and Talent Partners if necessary, and manage the logistics of interview panels and feedback collection or debrief meetings where required.
  • Collaborate closely with Talent Partners to understand their specific role needs and scheduling needs.
  • Enhance the candidate journey by providing timely updates, answering inquiries, and offering a positive and engaging experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Work with the Talent team to refine and streamline recruitment processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), track key recruitment metrics, and generate reports to provide insights into recruitment activities and outcomes.
  • Support application reviews where applicable. 

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Previous experience in a Talent Coordination, Executive Assistance, HR support, or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and internal teams.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), Google Calendar and other recruitment tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on supporting the Talent team's goals.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing scheduling, documentation, and data entry. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Flexibility and resilience to adapt to changing priorities and business needs. A positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges as they arise.
