Scope of Role

The Talent Consultant will be reporting to the Customer Experience Manager. They are responsible to ensure new and existing stakeholders (Hirer, Candidate, Account Manager) receive adequate training to prepare them for their role. They must be observant and have excellent analytical skills and able to use alternative teaching methods to cater to various individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create training programs on various topics to address the needs of Hirer, Candidate and Account Manager
  • Prepare and localized existing and new learning materials for the programs.
  • Develop and update onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs.
  • Provide insights on customer ad performance versus industry, deep dive and provide solutions on better hiring strategies.
  • Prepare deck presentation for targeted customers on market insights, comparison to industry, comparison to competitors and solutioning.
  • Conduct face-to face group training, online training and one to one consultation.
  • Prioritize to make quality engagement with clients/hirers/customers through proactive callouts (NPS Detractor, etc)
  • Minimum an undergraduate degree or higher Human Resource, Business Administration, Mass Communication or other related studies
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferably in recruitment or training
  • Possess good training skills to educate and provide solutions to customers’ concerns / struggles.
  • Experience in face to face or phone interviews
  • Knowledge of candidate sourcing and evaluation techniques
  • Excellent organizational skill
  • Advanced knowledge of MS PowerPoint and intermediate knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Good command (verbal & written) of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Analytical - Advance knowledge of Tableau Hirers Analytics systems, Applicant Tracking Systems, online job boards, and resume databases
