The Opportunity
Based in London East Finchley
We’re looking for a Talent Attraction Partner to help fill corporate Head Office vacancies across all functions and levels at McDonald’s. A key part of the position is supporting Hiring Managers throughout the end-to-end recruitment process. This opportunity involves managing many partnerships, both internally and externally. Externally, you will work with recruitment agencies to find the best talent for niche roles, while also helping to reduce time-to-hire and recruitment costs. You’ll have access to training and opportunities to develop through self-directed learning, coaching conversations, e-learning modules, and further qualifications via apprenticeships.

What Team will I be a part?
You will be part of the Talent Attraction team, which is part of the UK People Team. At McDonald’s we use a business partnering model, which means that you will also work very closely with the wider HR team, whilst supporting managers from across all functions within the business.
Who are my customers?
This is an internal recruitment position, with the main responsibility of acting as a trusted advisor to the hiring community and key stakeholders in client areas, including but not limited to legal, construction, and marketing. You’ll also have regular contact with corporate and restaurant head office teams to understand workforce needs and recruitment challenges. Your key stakeholders will be the Hiring Managers you partner with, as the role involves providing them with exceptional guidance. You’ll also work closely with the wider People team, including People Tech, Reward, Education, L&D, HR among others. You’ll also be a key point of contact for legal teams, external partner agencies, and recruitment agencies.
