Talent Attraction Lead

The Technology Talent Attraction Team is looking to add a creative Technical Recruiter to build robust talent pipelines and identify market trends for various Global Technology initiatives. You will work on roles in Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Cyber Security, Product Management, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers in developing recruitment strategies for current and future staffing needs
  • Implement necessary sourcing strategies to include a variety of methods of attracting top talent. Proven experience working with recruitment agencies.
  • Select and qualify candidates based upon skill, cultural, and motivational fit, utilizing behavioral based approach
  • Provide exceptional candidate care, maintaining best practices throughout the screening, interview and assessment process.
  • Build business relationships with key Client Groups, candidates, and HR Business Partners. Provide benefits/Company info to candidates
  • Present candidates, market trends, and other findings to recruitment and hiring teams
  • Responsible for adhering to KPIs and metrics in a high-volume recruiting environment
  • Work cross-functionally with greater Talent Attraction Group
  • Engage in various recruiting projects, such as new system implementations, career fairs, and presentations
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate recruiting or RPO environment, with a focus on software engineering, data & analytics, product management, or other Computer Science field
  • Knowledge of Boolean search, running market campaigns, ATS systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
  • Strong communication, professionalism, and presentation skills
