Our Opportunity
The Talent Attraction and Growth team at Snyk is responsible for building and delivering world-class experiences, internally and externally, that accelerate the attraction and retention of talent.
We’re looking for a Talent Attraction Intern to join our global Talent Attraction team to assist in working on projects and initiatives dedicated to building out and enhancing our recruitment function.
This individual will work to enhance our current Talent Attraction processes, documentation, and programs to support future growth of the team.
 
You’ll Spend Your Time:
  • Assisting in developing and executing employer branding initiatives that effectively communicate our organization's values, culture, and career opportunities to prospective candidates.
  • Conducting research to identify best practices and emerging trends in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
  • Creating and curating compelling content, including social media posts, blog articles, and videos, that showcases our employer brand and engages with our target audience.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify key employer brand messaging and craft consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Assist in organizing and executing employer brand events, such as career fairs, workshops, and networking events.
What You’ll Need:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
  • Able and willing to work 3 days per week in our Boston office
  • Current and future authorization to work in the United States
  • Team-first mentality
  • Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail
  • Strong time management and project management skills

  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Are familiar with social media platforms and content creation tools
  • Have a deep passion for employer branding, recruitment marketing, and talent acquisition
