This position will report directly to the Global Head of Talent Science. You will lead and drive advanced analytical projects, bringing R or Python, SQL and the ability to build BI dashboards. You will lead a team of experienced behavioural talent scientists using strong project management skills to deliver robust data driven projects. We are looking for someone who can bring a professional viewpoint on how an organisation should select talent with the ability to inspire and influence our senior leaders across the business.
