As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent for PA Consulting’s Boston office. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to identify talent needs and execute recruitment strategies, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial sourcing to offer acceptance, for a variety of roles, including consulting, technology, and business support positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to define job requirements and sourcing strategies.
  • Source candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and gather feedback from interviewers.
  • Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and staffing firms as needed.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) records and provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics.
  • Participate in talent acquisition projects, such as employer branding initiatives, diversity recruitment, and process improvements.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within consulting or professional services environments.
  • Campus recruitment exeperince is essential for this role.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruiting tools, including ATS and social media platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a passion for delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices.

In compliance with Massachusetts’s Equal Pay Transparency Act, PA is required to provide a reasonable salary range for this role.  This salary range is specific to the State of Massachusetts and is commensurate with experience, market data, applicant skills, internal equity and/or degrees/certifications.  Salary Range: Low: $ 80,000 - High: $100,000
