We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our team based in our Headquarters, Spain (temporary contract). Reporting to the Corporate Recruitment Manager, primary responsibilities will include contacting, screening and assisting in the placement of qualified candidates at our client sites.
- You will have the chance to improve the recruitment wherever you work in IDIADA,
- You will manage recruitment processes from A-Z for multiple roles in different areas and geographies. Working closely with Managers you will develop the position profile and understand overall needs and requirements. Responsible for full life-cycle recruitment processes worldwide.
- Create a comprehensive job description based on Managers specifications and help us to share our values and strengths with the candidates.
- Sourcing candidates by direct search on internal and external databases, preparing external job advertisements, web postings in accordance with the organization’s recruitment standards and business needs.
- Contact candidates, arrange interview times and conduct interviews.
- Assess applicants on relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and motivations. Provide to the candidate a great experience.
- Prepare the corresponding recruitment report to send to our client and manage, prioritize and close searches in a timely manner.
- Recommend ideas and new practices related to recruitment, implementing any new processes
- Give support implementing Employment Branding initiatives. Make sure that candidates understand our values and what we do.
- Meet established KPI’s for recruitment.
Education
- Bachelor Degree is a must.
- Additional training in HR is a plus.
Experience
- More than 2 years’ experience as an international recruiter within a company or a Recruitment Agency including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
- Experience managing and prioritizing high number of searches, projects and client relationships.
- Experience recruiting different type of profiles, engineering or automotive environment.
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills with both a professional telephone manner and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and successfully with members of a team.
- Be able to build professional and lasting relationships with management and candidates
- Fluency in English and Spanish. Fluency in other languages is a plus.
- Expert user of LinkedIn and other social networks.
- Results-oriented and focus on continuous improvement
- Sense of urgency
