We are looking for a skilled and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent in the technology industry. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting candidates with the right technical skills and cultural fit for our organization.

Requirements

  • Actively source and engage passive candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screenings to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and technical team members.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to offer stage.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to maintain accurate candidate records and track hiring metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting to continuously improve recruitment processes.
    Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring technical talent, including software developers, engineers, data scientists, and IT professionals.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets, as well as current trends in technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and technical team members.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
