About the Role
Rho is excited to announce an opening for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Belgrade, Serbia. In this role, you will play a key part in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for our Engineering and Operations divisions. You will also have the opportunity to assist with other roles as necessary, including those based in the United States.
As a partner to our business, you will uphold high recruiting standards and continuously work to enhance our hiring practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Comprehensive Recruitment: Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, starting from initial discussions with hiring managers through to sourcing, screening, and successfully closing candidates for a variety of technical positions.

Data Management: Ensure high levels of data accuracy and organization within our recruitment systems to facilitate effective tracking and reporting.

Enhancing Processes: Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and implement improvements and structural changes that advance our hiring methodologies.

Exceptional Candidate Experience: Deliver a premium candidate experience by managing a meticulous recruitment process that ensures no detail is overlooked and every candidate feels valued.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with different hiring teams and leadership to share insights on talent market trends and effectively communicate recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- 3+years experience in-house Recruiting for Engineering + Operations functions within an IT industry (a fast-paced environment is highly desirable)
- A strong capability to source and develop candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and various other sourcing techniques is essential.
- Proficient with ATS usage as well as Google products (Drive, Docs, Sheets)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience tracking metrics and utilizing data to make decisions inclusive of time to close and headcount goals
- A track record of hitting or exceeding performance goals consistently by engaging and closing hires that move on to be successful in their roles
