Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a recruitment professional who will join our team and play an important role in the recruitment of exceptional talent across multiple functions in Clinical Research industry. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process for the assigned roles open in China
  • Screen CVs for the appropriate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
  • Develop job advertisements and recruitment materials tailored to each position
  • Proactively contact and source potential candidates via job boards and social media to present job opportunities at PSI
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies regarding position requirements, candidate profiles and full cycle recruitment process (interviews, testing, negotiating offers)
  • Organise, schedule and conduct preliminary interviews with candidates for all positions within PSI
  • Develop a candidate pipeline for open and future opportunities within PSI
  • Ensure ongoing maintenance of the Applicant Tracking System 
  • Establish ongoing relationships with hiring managers to understand their current and future business and recruitment needs
  • Develop awareness of the business and functional areas to target and hire best talent
  • Act as a point of contact and builds relationships with candidates during the selection process, maintaining a positive reputation of the company
  • Provide analytical recruiting reports to the Hiring Manager upon request
  • Determine the effectiveness and implements improvement of current recruiting processes and methods
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that presents the required knowledge, skills and abilities
  • Sufficient experience in sourcing and recruiting
  • Ideally, you will have demonstrable experience sourcing candidates for technical, R&D, Clinical Research hard-to-fill vacancies
  • Experience with the implementation of different recruitment methods and techniques
  • Up to date knowledge of the general HR practices and employment law
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
