Playtech Managed Services is looking for an enthusiastic and bright-eyed Talent Acquisition Specialist to join with a fixed, 12-month contract to support our growing business.

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Manage and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to making offers to successful candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Leverage diverse sourcing methods, including job boards, professional networking platforms, and referrals, to discover and engage potential candidates.
  • Review and screen CVs and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Be responsible for the initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews together with the hiring managers and participate in the candidate evaluation process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases.
  • Ensure a positive experience for both candidates and interviewer.
  • Assist in developing and executing employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

Components for success. You...

  • Have previous hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Are true people person with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Possess excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and always meet deadlines.
  • Bring a high level of self-motivation to manage day-to-day activities and pipelines with a sense of urgency.
  • Speak and write English fluently.
