Duties & Responsibilities:

· Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates across various departments.

· Sourcing Candidates: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.

· Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, fit, and alignment with company values.

· Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure alignment on job descriptions, candidate profiles, and selection criteria.

· Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, providing timely communication and feedback.

· Offer Management: Manage the offer process, including negotiating terms, facilitating pre-employment requirements, approvals, etc.

· Data Management: Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate reports on recruitment metrics.

· Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.

· Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion in the hiring process, ensuring equitable practices.

Requirements

Here are the qualifying criteria to apply:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or MBA/PGDHRM
  • Minimum 4-6 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role, with a focus on volume hiring.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) Preference: Workable and HR software.
  • Proficient in MS Excel & other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment specifically within contact center environments.
