- Lead and manage full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates for various positions within the organization.
- Implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen and assess candidates through phone and in-person interviews, evaluating their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on recruiting best practices.
- Manage candidate relationships, keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process and providing a positive candidate experience.
- Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate data, track hiring metrics, and generate reports.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, continuously improving recruitment strategies and processes.
Requirements
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
