This is an exciting time to join the UK’s largest Private Healthcare Teleradiology company based in Hastings, East Sussex, at a point of exciting growth for the business.
The HR & Talent Acquisition team are looking for an experienced recruiter to assist in identifying and sourcing candidates using a blend of avenues (adverts, job boards, LinkedIn, deep internet searches, websites, databases, headhunting and events). This will involve research, networking, and providing input into strategies to help ensure success in sourcing the highest level of talent for the business.
If you’re currently in recruitment and don’t enjoy the sales element, or if your background is in-house recruitment, this is a great opportunity to focus on the stakeholder management and help build an exciting company from within, utilising all the skills you’ve learned so far.
