Primary Function of Position:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring and acts as an experienced subject matter, working closely with HR team and line managers on understanding profile and scope, identifying internal and external talent, managing candidates, providing feedback to all stakeholders, hiring talents, and ensuring the successful onboarding of candidates while contributing to the effectiveness of HR processes and activities throughout the region.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform and document recruitment strategy meeting strategy for each role and effectively use existing sourcing, reporting and analysis tools to enhance talent acquisition.
- Develop and build talent pools responding to the existing and upcoming business needs by sourcing potential candidates through networks, associations, job boards, online channels, social media and by fostering long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Partner with and guideline managers in the EMEA region to drive recruitment process effectively following the global talent acquisition process.
- Provide line managers with guidance, coaching and counsel on full talent acquisition life cycle and interview methodologies (competency based interviewing techniques).
- Ensure recruitment processes are followed through the applicant tracking system and company processes (non-compete check, references, verification of employment).
- Ensure appropriate follow up of hiring until onboarding for all new hires across the region.
- Prepare recruitment reports, analyze trends, and proactively think of ways to improve processes based on data and analysis.
- Educate internal and external stakeholder on company culture & expectations.
- Ensure high-quality candidate experience and recruitment services.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Labor Psychology, Business or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment in a competitive and fast-moving environment.
- Experience working with social media, resume databases, professional networks, applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms, at ease with sourcing tools and methodologies.
- Analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of activity and requests from multiple sources in a time sensitive environment.
- Ability to plan and organize business recruitment needs working remotely.
- Ability to operate successfully in a matrix structure.
- Strong communications skills and a strong work ethic and attitude.
- Fluent in English and local language, another EU language an asset.
