We are now looking for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team!
The Talent Acquisition specialist will be responsible for coordinating interview schedules, conducting on-site interviews, and coordinating pre-hire activities. You would be trusted with leading the recruitments in Colombia.
- Manage full life cycle of the massive recruitment process for our Game Presenters roles.
- Identify and engage with the best talent on the market
- Consult with hiring managers to understand and assess hiring needs
- Find the best possible channels and activities for talent acquisition purposes;
- Take part in active massive sourcing
- Set up and maintain recruitment systems
- 6 months to 1 years of proven hands-on experience in massive recruitment
- Previous experience in high-volume recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written communication Enlgish skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Awareness of labor market trends, recruitment channels in Colombia
- Passion for massive talent attraction and recruitment
- Achievement-oriented attitude
- Willingness to progress and develop a career within the company
- This is a site position, we require you to be available to work from our sites in Medellin: Tigo Sede Principal, Rivana Business Park Cra. 48 #20-45
