- Ensure the availability and effectiveness of human resources according to company’s objectives and compliance requirements;
- Be fully involved in the recruitment lifecycle by sourcing talent by using the various mediums including web-based technology and social media;
- Job/position analysis with C&B and recruitment plan;
- Manage candidate attraction campaigns;
- Creatively leverage all potential channels to source top quality applicants;
- Receive and manage job applications;
- Organize interview and other selected recruitment tools;
- Liaise with applicant and ensure a positive experience during selection process;
- Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders;
- Support on-boarding process and make sure the orientation days take place smoothly for each candidate selected for the role;
- Pro-actively and professionally represent Evolution in the external market as an employer of choice for candidate;
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline;
- Manage exit interviews and analyze the results;
- Manage recruitment and selection service suppliers; Ensure they deliver a consistent quality and cost-efficient service to the business;
- Promote best recruitment practice, share ideas and information to ensure consistency through a value-added service;
- Analysing recruitment software and functionality that follows up with candidates during the recruitment process flow and recommending improvements or changes;
- Consult managers and employees in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures as well as relevant legislation;
- Create form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations;
- Responding to all department inquiries in accordance with the corporate standards and correct writing style, as well as responsible for making right recommendations within assigned authority.
- Higher education, preferable business administration, psychology, or other related fields;
- At least 1 years’ experience in recruitment area;
- Professional Working Proficiency in English and Georgian written and verbal;
- Expertise in labour market, recruitment channels and selection tools (interviews, tests etc.);
- Experience with standard software applications, including MS Office, Windows, etc.
- Personal competencies: self-driven, excellent time management and prioritization, and good organization skills;
- Good negotiation and well-developed problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work in a team and grow in the role.
