Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process for studio, office, and management roles including but not limited to:
  1. Managing the CV inflow from different sources, setting up phone screens with applicants, conducting in person interviews, connecting with successful and rejected applicants and performing background check or gaming application processes.
  2. Pro-actively source candidates whilst identifying additional and new financially feasible sources
  3. Managing the ATS system and updating internal systems (Internal and external job postings)
  4. Partner and coordinate with hiring managers to identify talent acquisition needs.
  • Proactively network with hiring managers, meeting stakeholders to understand hiring needs, perform job analysis, identify critical skills and develop resources to streamline the recruitment process.
  • Keep the communication channel active for both internal and external candidates, being the main point of contact for applicants.
  • Deliver high levels of customer service and work to ensure the talent acquisition process is well-managed. Maintain post-hiring contact with new hires to ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Track and use key metrics to drive continuous improvements regarding recruitment decisions and the quality of hires.
  • Learn and follow company policies and procedures related to talent acquisition and ensure compliance.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to learn and develop skills in talent acquisition processes and best practices.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in HR or related field is a plus.
  • No previous work experience is required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately screen resumes and gather relevant information.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing recruitment needs and processes.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to collaborate with colleagues.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
