Build talent pipelines to meet hiring needs according to Business Manager requirements
Work closely with the Hiring Manager being able to consult and provide insight on the entire Talent Acquisition process and ensure MioDottore is hiring game-changing talents
Update reports and analyze performance tracking and monitoring metrics about the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts as screening calls and conversion rate as other relevant KPIs
You could be a future team member, if you have:
A minimum of 2 years experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a track record of hiring outstanding people for a fast-growing company.
Experience in dealing with high-volume hiring with inbound and outbound strategies
Ownership when it comes to end-to-end recruitment process, building stakeholder relationships, and updating senior management.
You are proficient in both spoken and written English
