- Cultivate positive relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners across the organization to build teams.
- Consult with stakeholders to implement strategic plans for acquiring the best and brightest talent to deliver on organizational goals.
- Facilitate inclusive and objective hiring process to ensure candidates are assessed against organizational competencies to thrive.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with each interaction throughout the recruitment process.
- Represent the company internally and externally at events with the goal of networking and building relationships.
- Foster long-term relationships with current talent, past and potential candidates
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all implemented talent tools and technologies are being utilized to their fullest potential.
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques to engage with the best talent.
- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels such as LinkedIn, and Smartrecruiters to acquire the best and brightest talent to deliver on organizational goals.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
- Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
- Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years of recruitment experience
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to deliver on talent marketing through consistent social media engagement.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience guiding the talent process and communicating with senior level leaders.
- High level of employee engagement to create trusting relationships.
- Self-motivated with a learner mentality to deliver excellence.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
