This Role:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process across the various European regions and provides support to the entire HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs to appropriate job boards.
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, and other platforms.
- Assessing applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes. Screening candidates' resumes and job applications.
- Acting as a point of contact and building influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Designing and implementing an overall recruiting strategy.
- Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications to meet the needs of the business and to attract the right candidates
- Performing job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
- Promoting our employer brand online and offline.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Working with the Hiring Managers to identify and implement proactive talent sourcing tools and acting as a single point of contact for these managers throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Generating direct candidates from a variety of sources including job boards, careers fairs, and digital media, reducing reliance on the use of recruitment agencies.
- Continually developing and implementing effective and efficient targeted programmes of skills and aptitude testing.
- Sourcing for a wide range of roles to ensure that we have talent pools across all areas of the business.
- Championing the recruitment process and striving for best practice recruitment at all levels of the organisation.
- Providing training in the area of recruitment and employee lifecycle to Hiring Managers as required.
- Monitoring and reporting on key recruitment metrics including cost and time to hire, effectiveness ratings of recruitment channels used, retention rates, and offer to acceptance ratios.
- Supporting talent development and succession planning within the company.
- Effectively managing relationships with third-party providers in the recruitment process including job boards and various media sites.
- Maintaining the recruitment database with candidate records, outcomes of interviews, etc.
- Providing an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from the application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview and offer process, including reference and background checks, salary recommendations, and closing of candidates.
The following qualifications, skills and experience would be an advantage.
- Experience of MS SharePoint in a corporate environment.
- Experience working to ISO standards
Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years proven work experience in an internal talent acquisition or recruitment role.
- Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
- Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
