Job Description
• Identify staffing needs and collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements
of open positions
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates
• Conduct screening and interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection
tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment requirements
• Extend job offers to selected candidates and facilitate negotiation of employment terms and
conditions
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
• Contribute to the development and promotion of the organization's employer brand.
• Execute day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Requirements
• At least 2 - 4 Year(s) of related working experience
• Proven ability to work within fast-paced and dynamic work environments
• Experience in recruitment industry with proven track records
• Strong business acumen and industry knowledge to identify sources and channels to recruit
talented people
