Designer (for Talent Acquisition)

Now, about the opportunity: In the Designer position, you’ll work with the Talent Acquisition team based in Mexico City. You’ll check, source and review as much portfolios for creatives as possible and keep on the search for proactive and existing opportunities within MM, ensuring that our processes are as up-to-speed as the pace we hire. Our ideal candidate is a fast and flexible go-getter who ensures we meet times and good profiles for creative. This person needs to be open to learn all about Talent Acquisition processes and want to follow this path of growth.

In this role you will:

  • Review portfolios for all creative roles and select the bests for our current roles and proactive ones.
  • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks. 
  • Craft and send recruiting emails or messages within professional networks.
  • Map out individual markets and gather intelligence around specific talent pools, using that knowledge to identify top talent.
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs. 
  • Promote our employer brand online and offline. 
  • Accompany the branding of the company and be open to do presentations, posts and all related to positing Media.Monks in professional networks.

Experience you already have:

  • Careers as Designer, Copywriter or on the creative realm.
  • Language: Advanced English (must).
  • Open to learning about Talent Acquisition processes and persuing this career.
  • Knowledge about navigating Behance and LinkedIn or similar platforms.
  • Openess to client facing and interviewing techniques.
  • Ability to stay organized and handle competing priorities.
  • Plus: agile methodologies, different recruitment software, interview strategies.
