Who we are looking for

We are actively looking for a Talent Acquisition Professional to join our People & Culture Team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about IT recruitment and bringing up quality results. Among other things, the main tasks and accountabilities can be described as follows:


  • Understanding the business impact of Recruitment in the company's strategy
  • Acknowledge clients hiring needs and urgency, in alignment with Capability Leaders
  • Utilize the full range of talent sourcing tools - including business and social networking sites; direct approaches/ headhunting; advertising; job-board/online databases; referrals and recommendations
  • Keep updated the passive candidates' list and conduct frequent follow-ups
  • Run and keep up to date with the recruitment process in the ATS and other internal systems
  • Perform semi-structured HR interviews for all possible candidates. Share feedback with the technical interviewers and the Capability leaders. Secure that each candidate is a fit for our Culture.
  • Build trustworthy relationships with our Customers. Propose and make recommendations for the current needs
  • Responsible for the offer stage. Define seniority levels in coordination with the Capability leads and secure transparency and justice in the salaries.
  • Updating the internal tools with the candidate's stages and placement tasks
  • Act as a problem solver on difficult cases. Provide solutions to the team, the capability leaders, and our clients.
  • Organize and participate in career events. Be an Agile Actors Ambassador.
  • Work closely with the People Development function to support the internal moves process.
  • Work closely with the Office function to support the after-hiring process and the onboarding of new employees.
  • Inspect and adapt. Propose new ways of working and fine-tuning our processes. Being Agile.
  • Support the induction process. Be able to present our culture, our department, our processes, and other systems.
  • Perform training sessions for our new Technical Interviewers.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or another related field (a Master's degree in HR or Organizational Psychology will be considered an asset)
  • At least 3 years of experience in full-lifecycle recruitment
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing IT professionals in various industries
  • Experience working with clients
  • In-depth Knowledge of interviewing techniques, different assessment and evaluation methods, and personality testing
  • Familiarity with various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Experience with KPIs and Recruitment metrics
  • Sourcing techniques experience including passive candidates and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with calmness
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and other team members
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask effectively
  • Exceptional closing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to negotiate job offers and handle candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
