Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources team. This individual will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for a variety of roles within our company. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work closely with department managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Your goal is to ensure we hire high-quality candidates who align with our company’s culture and values.
 
Key Responsibilities:
• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruiting process from job posting through offer acceptance, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize a variety of recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to attract high-caliber candidates.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews, ensuring candidates meet the qualifications and company fit.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and organize interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department leaders to understand specific job needs, craft job descriptions, and tailor recruiting strategies to meet departmental goals.
• Employer Branding: Help promote the company as an employer of choice by showcasing the company's values, culture, and mission throughout the recruitment process.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Offer Management: Work with hiring managers to create and extend competitive offers to selected candidates.
• Data and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and provide regular updates on recruitment activities.
• Compliance: Ensure recruiting practices align with company policies, labor laws, and equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines.
 
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and tools.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with labor laws and hiring regulations.
