Location: Warrington - WA5. We offer a mixture of hybrid working, this role will require regular travel to site.

Gousto’s Talent Acquisition team is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team to scale our Warrington Fulfilment Centre. Reporting to our Talent Acquisition Lead - Operations, you’ll be responsible for high volume recruitment of weekly paid roles. As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will play a key role not only partnering Hiring Managers, creating best in class candidate experience, but also providing market insights and driving time to hire.  

This role could be a great match for a Talent Acquisition Partner who loves volume recruitment and is looking for their next step. Alternatively the role could create an opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator, or HR Professional looking for a career move into Talent Acquisition.

Core Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with hiring teams, learning and people team members, to establish effective recruiting strategies for volume recruitment
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, focusing on developing a diverse and balanced candidate mix using internal, temp to perm, direct, and referred candidates whilst maintaining a high
  • Comfortable managing the complexity of evergreen pipelines for high volume job and candidates ratios through great organisational and multitasking skills, as well as attention to detail 
  • Own, coordinate and run assessment centres on site, being the positive face of Gousto Talent Acquisition  
  • Develop consistent, exciting and Gousto-tone job adverts from job descriptions
  • Obsess over candidate experience with thoughtful, consistent, timely, and engaging written and verbal communication 
  • With support; utilise data across the recruiting lifecycle in the form of Talent Insights / research, ATS / performance metrics, and reporting / analytics to inform strategies and conversations, in particular contributing to managing status against hiring
  • A self-starter learning to own the solution, working with autonomy, taking initiative where we need to question, disagree + commit
  • Live Gousto’s Ownership Principles and culture day-to-day at work, in particular ‘Be Curious Learn and Grow, helping us strive to be better Engage with Gousto’s employer brand, delivering content and campaigns to market, attending events to build our networks and partnerships

Who You Are:

  • Experienced at driving full lifecycle recruiting for high volume roles, ideally operations and fulfilment  
  • Passionate about delivering excellent candidate and hiring experience, whilst not taking the eye off our recruiter user experience
  • Collaborative, effectively partnering with hiring managers and other cross functional teams to deliver smooth recruitment experiences and processes 
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and a changing environment; prioritising effectively to deliver for impact 
  • Strong working knowledge using a candidate tracking system (ideally Smart Recruiters) and various sourcing tools and techniques 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as being comfortable leading remote and in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders
  • Willing to learn new skills and make suggestions for improvement
  • Someone who develops a good understanding of the bigger picture i.e. how Gousto functions / the business model hangs together, in order to become a more effective advisor
