Our Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in ensuring we continue to bring top talent to Preply to support our growth. We focus on building strong, meaningful connections with candidates, stakeholders, and hiring managers, while leveraging data to make informed and  impactful hiring decisions. We are committed to continuously raising the bar on the talent we bring into Preply, as well as refining our processes and ways of working to create an exceptional experience for everyone involved.

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a 6-month contract to cover maternity leave. This role will focus on managing high-volume hiring for our Customer Support Chapter, ensuring we continue to bring in top talent during a critical time. The role is based in our Kyiv hub with an immediate start date.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for customer support roles: job posting,  screening, moving candidates through Willo, running interviews, guiding candidates through the process, extending offers and rejecting candidates.
  • Optimize Willo (video interviewing tool) and think of ways to make the CS hiring process more effective and efficient
  • Proactively find & engage with top candidates around the world to ensure a steady pipeline of quality candidates for our CS chapter.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders within the Customer Support chapter, providing regular updates and insights into hiring progress.
  • Work closely with the People Partner for the CS chapter to align on team needs, workforce planning and hiring strategy. 
  • Juggle multiple hiring processes simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Leverage your knowledge of recruitment trends and talent acquisition strategies to refine sourcing techniques and improve hiring efficiency.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a memorable and world class experience throughout the hiring process

What you need to succeed:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally with a focus on high-volume recruitment
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities.
  • Experience delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Exposure to data skills and using data to drive decision-making.
  • Customer-obsessed with a strong focus on building relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • A self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS - ideally Greenhouse) and other recruitment tools to manage pipelines and track progress.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs and priorities.
  • A collaborative mindset, ready to partner with HR, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
