About the Role:

We are actively seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. In this role, you'll be filling all level roles for our Retail and Wholesale departments. Your recruiting skills will be essential in helping us fill open roles efficiently in this fast-paced, ever-evolving industry. Do you have experience in high volume recruiting or agency recruiting? That's a huge bonus. We welcome candidates with non-traditional backgrounds and seek out teammates who bring their humanity to work.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with hiring managers and Human Resources to understand current hiring needs
  • Source candidates via various job boards, Greenhouse ATS, referral networks, job fairs, and other channels to successfully hire for openings
  • Screen candidates, collect and track candidate feedback, and provide recommendations to the hiring managers on who to move forward with in their recruiting process
  • Works with a high level of energy and sense of urgency to fill openings
  • Review high volume of candidate resumes and up-to-date information in candidate tracking system
  • Coordinate scheduling of additional interviews as needed
  • Maintain and update requisition information in ATS
  • Prioritize openings and properly track number of hires for requisitions with more than one approved headcount
  • Proactively implement changes to streamline recruiting processes
  • Extend verbal and written offers
  • Process background checks per state cannabis regulations
  • Provide new hire information to Human Resources ensure proper onboarding
  • Maintain and update data and candidate information in applicant tracking system
  • Post jobs on internal and external job boards
  • Coordinate and planning of recruiting events
  • Assists with various other recruiting projects as assigned
  • Schedules activities, special events and programs, such as interns and co-ops events, scholarship program
  • Assists Talent Acquisition Manager as needed
  • Other duties as required

Who You Are:

  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
  • You have minimum of 2 year of experience with high volume corporate or staffing agency recruiting, sourcing and closing entry level to senior level roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • You are comfortable with using an ATS system (Greenhouse experience is a plus)
  • You possess an independent, solution-oriented, self-starter attitude
  • You're a dependable team player with a positive attitude, ready to become a part of a great environment
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with constant change and ambiguity
  • Ability to travel for job fairs and on-site meetings as needed
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to communicate with senior leaders
