Manufacturing & Distribution Talent Acquisition Partner
The Talent Acquisition Partner for our Manufacturing and Distribution client group plays an essential role in developing, communicating and executing the company vision. In your position, you hold sacred our Lush culture and values through fearless leadership and owning the experience of every employee and candidate throughout the recruitment and onboarding life cycle. You grow talent by motivating, encouraging and coaching Hiring Managers, Stakeholders, Talent Specialists and candidates to their highest potential; you know how to be curious about their opportunities and career ambitions and how to be real with feedback and support.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will focus on the recruitment of top talent for various Manufacturing and Distribution opportunities from entry to managerial level for all rooms and departments within our Manufacturing and Distribution client group.
