What we’re after…  

  • You possess substantial comprehensive  talent acquisition expertise acquired from your experience working in a global, matrixed organisation. 
  • Your proficiency in English is exceptional 
  • Knowledge of any other European languages is beneficial but not obligatory. 
  • You are highly skilled in all aspects of talent sourcing – LinkedIn, local tools, social media, referrals, internal mobility programs, etc. You have sourced diverse talent for specialized roles before. 
  • You excel in interviewing, communicating, influencing, negotiating/closing, organizing, and problem-solving. 
  • You have a history of capturing metrics and delivering persuasive recruitment insights to the business through data and analytics. 
  • Adaptable to change and working in an environment where there are fluctuating volumes of work 
  • You have demonstrated extensive stakeholder expertise, including effective collaboration with sourcers, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners. 
  • You are a result-driven and cooperative team member with a strong drive to cultivate a positive work environment. 

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Our Experienced Hire Talent Acquisition team is seeking an accomplished Talent Acquisition Partner. You'll be the linchpin in our full-life cycle recruiting and strategic business partner support for a range of corporate functions (e.g. Tech, Marketing, Compliance, Operations) across Europe.  

What we expect of you, day to day.  

  • You will be a reliable consultant, establishing robust relationships with hiring teams, senior management, and department heads. You will offer a personalized, comprehensive talent acquisition service, enhancing value at each phase of the procedure. 
  • You will create robust talent pipelines, devising proactive sourcing programs for qualified candidates, while utilizing Visa's employer branding across a smart blend of social media and other recruitment outlets. 
  • You will collect and consolidate data for talent pools, transforming that data into insights that propel strategic action plans. 
  • You will be involved in the deployment of talent acquisition-related initiatives, endorsing and refining programs like the employee referral program. 
  • In collaboration with People Business Partners and business leaders, you will comprehend strategic direction from both a function and country perspective, enabling the formulation of talent acquisition strategies that align with Visa's vision. 
  • You will be an advocate for diversity, ensuring endeavors to provide gender diverse shortlists to hiring managers. 
  • You will deliver an outstanding customer experience embodying speed, strategic rigor, and quality. 
  • You will assist in the evaluation of candidates across Visa's Leadership Principles, establishing a consistent and valid candidate assessment process as well as a key competency interview schedule. 
  • Employing innovative methods, you will source top diverse talent, building and sustaining present and future talent pools. 
  • You will flourish with external partners, obtaining market intelligence and industry contacts to ensure Visa is kept abreast of changes and developments in the market. 
  • You will be an outstanding representative for Visa's employment brand, attracting top-tier talent to Visa.
