Reporting to the Recruitment Lead, the Talent Acquisition Partner will be supporting various business units on their hiring requirements.
You are great at:
- Achieve 100% of assigned recruiting targets.
- Learn key business objectives, timeframes, legal issues, and requirements associated with each business unit.
- Understand candidate selection process
- Understand the key success metrics associated with hiring goals
- Ensure a positive experience for every candidate, maintain a positive, respectful, and caring attitude with all candidates
What it takes:
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Previous hiring experience in a BPO, headhunting firms, start-up companies or related industries is preferred but not required
- Previous experience hiring in sales roles required
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Goal-oriented, possess excellent time management skills and dedicated to teamwork
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
