Future is seeking a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. What you'll be doing...

As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will join our People & Culture team and manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and hiring top talent across different industries and roles. We ask that you understand recruitment best practices, and build relationships with both hiring managers and candidates. You will report to the US People Business Partner in a hybrid role.

  • Facilitate the entire hiring process for around 20-25 requisitions at a time. 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, create job descriptions and strengthen recruiting relationships.
  • Screen and interview candidates for a variety of roles, ensuring quality throughout. 
  • Execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage candidate pipelines using ATS systems, Workable experience is a plus.
  • Conduct reference checks, negotiate offers, and assist with the onboarding process.
  • Develop relationships with external recruitment agencies and talent pools, when applicable. 
  • Collaborate with People & Culture team and support on projects.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve...

  • 3-5 years experience in recruitment - Media or Entertainment industry experience preferred.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment, using different interview techniques and evaluation methods. Recruiting for Commercial/Sales a plus.

This is a hybrid role from our NYC office, working three days from the office and two days from home.

Please note, the salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000
