The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for the development and execution of our EMEA recruiting efforts as part of our rapidly growing organisation.
In this role, the ideal candidate will be ready to roll up their sleeves while serving as a partner with leaders across our practices and corporate functions to ensure we meet the diverse hiring needs of the business through strategic and inclusive recruiting processes. Leveraging global frameworks, systems and programs this role will drive continuous improvement, ensure a consistent regional approach to sourcing and retaining talent and secure a strong talent pipeline with the capability to achieve our strategic priorities and benefit both the EMEA region and the firm globally.
Due to the projected growth of the organisation in 2025 and beyond, there will be a need to support the wider People & Culture Team in EMEA, which encompasses DEI, Bandmate onboarding, HR Reporting, Benefits Administration, New Vendor Onboarding etc.
