Talent Acquisition Partner
As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will take full responsibility for sourcing a range of roles with laser focus on attracting, sourcing and hiring exceptional talent that will raise the bar in everything that we do.
Finding exceptional talent isn’t just about spending hours on LinkedIn, you’re creative and use a variety of innovative hiring strategies to connect with the best talent and expand your reach beyond the usual methods.
You will directly impact our business, growing our tech team and supporting how we continue to transform and digitilise the hair and beauty industry.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting end to end recruitment for a numbers of roles across a range of levels
- Adaptable in hiring for roles around the DACH region, working across Sales and Partner Success
- Raise the bar on candidate experience, continuously keeping the candidate’s perception front of mind
- Screening candidates making sure they fit our technical requirements and cultural values
- Ensuring best in class delivery against sourcing metrics
- Working closely with talent partners and leaders to understand role needs and finding great candidates
- Having an in depth understanding of each team (e.g. responsibility, contribution to business, goals, challenges, size & structure)
- Compose and execute creative sourcing strategies against prioritised positions to develop superior talent pipelines
- Maintaining exceptional standards and data integrity across tools and systems (Workable and Bamboo)
About you:
- At least 4 years experience of sourcing candidates for hard to fill roles using LinkedIn and managing through the process from start to finish
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (not only internally, we also want you to get creative writing job descriptions) in German and English
- A drive to source the best candidates making a meaningful contribution to the planned growth
- Comfortable with constant change and ambiguity
- Adaptable communication style, able to understand your audience
- Genuine interests in the whole organisation and operation, proactive in seeking information about the business, culture and strategy
