As a Talent Acquisition Operations & Coordination Specialist supporting the AMS region, covering Canada, the US, and LATAM, you will work from Bangalore, aligning with US Eastern Time Zone business hours.
This role is key in creating a smooth and efficient recruitment process for candidates and internal teams. You’ll apply your expertise in candidate coordination, compliance, and contractor management while utilizing advanced recruiting tools and platforms. Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers, you will help Flywire continue its commitment to attracting top talent worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Coordination - Utilize the scheduling tool GoodTime to manage interviews across various time zones, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Facilitate efficient communication to uphold Flywire’s high standards in candidate engagement.
Talent Sourcing Support - Collaborate with recruiters to assist in candidate sourcing via LinkedIn, providing outreach and building a strong pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Contractor Management - Manage the entire contractor lifecycle, from onboarding through renewals and offboarding, ensuring alignment with Flywire’s policies and compliance requirements.
Talent Compliance and Requisition Management - Oversee requisition triage and compliance, ensuring accurate and compliant requisitions. Conduct audits and regularly update job descriptions to reflect regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Background Check Coordination - Coordinate pre-boarding background checks through Orange Tree, working with vendors to guarantee timely, thorough processing for new hires.
Regional Referral Program Administration - Promote and manage Flywire’s regional referral program, encouraging employee participation, tracking effectiveness, and identifying areas for program enhancement.
Who You Are:
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years in talent acquisition coordination or operations, ideally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Expertise with ATS platforms (SmartRecruiters preferred) and scheduling tools like GoodTime.
Proficiency in LinkedIn for talent sourcing and candidate engagement.
Strong background in contractor management, requisition compliance, and background check coordination.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective interaction with internal teams and external vendors.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Slides, and Slack for data reporting, visualization, and team communication.

GoodTime: Interview scheduling and candidate experience coordination.
