This hybrid position requires three days per week in-office at our HQ in Arlington, VA, reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing, investor-backed organization striving to be the leader in the studio fitness industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a powerhouse team of recruiters and drive performance to new heights.
Design and execute cutting-edge talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier talent.
Oversee hiring for coaches, field leadership, and corporate roles with precision and speed.
Take charge of new studio openings, ensuring smooth hiring and weekly updates to leadership.
Partner with hiring managers to build strategic workforce plans and seamless hiring experiences.
Own the full-cycle recruitment process with a candidate-first mindset, from attraction to onboarding.
Use data-driven insights to refine hiring strategies and optimize recruitment success.
Build strong relationships with industry leaders, universities, and community partners.
Champion DEIB initiatives to create a hiring process that is inclusive and equitable.
Implement cutting-edge recruitment technology to streamline efficiency and engagement.
Coach hiring managers on best practices, interview techniques, and bias-free recruiting.
Stay ahead of market trends and industry innovations to keep our hiring game strong.
Qualifications:
3+ years of talent acquisition experience in high-growth, multi-site organizations.
2+ years in TA management with proven people leadership experience.
Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing future leaders.
Partner closely with field leadership, HR, and cross-functional teams for business success.
Sharp analytical skills to interpret data and drive strategic hiring decisions.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, 365) for data-driven insights.
Exceptional communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Expertise in ATS/HRIS and Boolean searches on LinkedIn, Indeed, and social platforms.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and influencing across the organization.
