Responsibilities
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and emerging trends.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Expertise in candidate sourcing and attraction strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and guide a recruitment team.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
- Candidate must be based in Sri Lanka
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with at least 2-3 years of management experience.
- In-depth understanding of the full talent acquisition life cycle, from candidate sourcing & attraction to on boarding.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining positive employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and HR software (a plus).
- Proficient in recruitment software & application tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure in the IT/ITES industries is an added advantage.
