We are searching for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our HR Team. This role will be directly involved with leadership to create a dynamic recruiting strategy. This person will lead efforts in tracking and retaining the best talent in the market. They will also ensure that our company has an excellent employer brand and continue to build strong relationships with employees and candidates. Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Manage and develop a recruiting team.
  • Develop and execute sustainable talent acquisition strategies.
  • Experience with SaaS recruiting.
  • Administer employee referral program.
  • Enhance employer branding across social media platforms for the company and divisions.
  • Utilize talent and recruitment tools to attract quality candidates.
  • Source and screen candidates with advanced methods.
  • Conduct interviews and prepare interview questionnaires.
  • Perform background checks on candidates and new employees.
  • Review the hiring process for bottlenecks.
  • Review and track recruitment metrics and KPIs.
  • Evaluate candidate hiring experience.
  • Prepare KPI data for presentation to management team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, or related field, preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Recruitment Manager, HR Manager, or similar role, preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of employer branding trends and techniques.
  • Extensive knowledge of full cycle recruiting processes and methods.
  • Experience in using an ATS, Recruitment tools, and HRIS.
  • Knowledge of multi-state (U.S.) and Canadian (Province) laws and regulations related to job posting and recruiting, preferred.

Travel

  • Less than 20% annually

Compensation

  • Starting at $80,000 annually
