Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic and engaged team and play a crucial role in attracting exceptional employees. The role will be reporting directly to the HR Director and will lead our efforts in talent acquisition, working closely with hiring managers and HR professionals to ensure a seamless recruitment process. Your expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and employer branding will contribute to our success in attracting the best candidates for our company through creative recruitment strategies for each role in a constantly changing market. You will also have opportunity to help drive talent acquisition initiatives to increase market presence and build stronger candidate pipelines.

  • Develop strong relationships with key hiring managers and implement innovative and cost-effective recruiting strategies and plans linked with business needs.
  • Proactively sourcing and attracting candidates by using a variety of creative branding methods (incl. LinkedIn, Exinity's careers page).
  • Manage PSL / Agencies (SLAs, standardized agency terms, negotiations)
  • Improve our employer branding through improving the 'candidate experience'; ensure agencies are up to our standards with regards to candidate experience.
  • Own, supervise and keep the recruitment process updated.
  • Manage full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for some job vacancies; agree with hiring manager which ones will be directly hired and which ones will be outsourced to recruitment agencies.
  • Own and supervise Employee Referral Policy.
  • Administer recruitment, which involves requisition & offers raising, candidate tracking in ATS, background checks, onboarding documentation), etc.
  • Effectively use of our Talent Assessment tool (Predictive Success) for all job vacancies
  • Assist with talent mapping and pipeline building, where necessary

Essential:

  • Experience recruiting across global locations but especially the UAE market.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Experience with developing recruitment employer branding initiatives and implementing them.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple jobs effectively at the same time.
  • Experience in driving direct sourcing methods as part of an overall sourcing strategy.
  • Proficient in using ATS systems, LinkedIn, job boards etc.
  • Adept in using data insights to determine fit for purpose hiring strategies.

Desirable:

  • Working experience within a brokerage or a fintech environment.
