About the Role

Join us in a unique opportunity to shape the future of Atheneum as a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager for the Americas. In this role, you will be instrumental in our growth, developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent in New York, San Francisco, and Santiago de Chile. Your strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and passion for finding the right people will be vital in helping our company grow.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Mentor and train more junior team members in all aspects of the hiring cycle.
