Talent Acquisition Lead

Full-Time
Responsibilities

- Responsible for recruiting activities for assigned roles in TX and its subsidiaries, with a focus on direct sourcing.
- Execute recruitment strategies that balance speed, quality, and cost.
- Accountable for OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) related to recruiting of assigned roles.
- Accurately grasp the talent needs of each organization.
- Build candidate pipelines and select optimal hiring sources to quickly respond to hiring needs as they arise. 
- Operate a series of recruitment processes as a recruiter, including candidate communication, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation processes, as well as building partnerships with external recruiters.
- Develop new recruitment methods and channels, and promote efficiency in the recruitment process.
- Build a medium- to long-term talent pool, build relationships with prospective candidates, and conduct networking.
- Support with PR activities focused on branding and driving organic applications to TX.

Requirements  
[Must-Haves]

- Experience in recruiting engineers at an operating company or recruitment agency.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting and strengthening the organization by understanding the technical requirements of engineers, building pipelines through appropriate channels according to the requirements, and being directly involved in a series of stages from candidate communication, implementation of the hiring process, and offer negotiation.
- Experience working as a spokesperson for an organization, representing the vision, mission, and culture of the organization to prospective candidates, and successfully recruiting and hiring the right people for the organization.
- Ability to handle all aspects of recruitment independently while building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to speak Japanese at a level that allows for relationship building, communication, and negotiation of terms with candidates who speak only Japanese.
