  • You have high people standards
    • Can easily tell who is great without many definitions or help
  • Particularly sensitive to high competence, integrity, and drive
  • You build high-quality pipelines
    • Can create high talent density at the top of funnels
    • Operate our network where possible, find new networks where needed
    • Executes high-quality research that leads to short lists of well vetted candidates
  • You can run tight talent operations with excellent candidate experience
  • You have a good understanding of employer branding and will make us respected throughout the industry

What would we ask of you?

  • To have 5+ years of experience as a professional in the Talent Acquisition domain.
  • To lead pipelines and hiring processes with a creative and strategic vision for it
  • To be an excellent executor of our strategic hiring plans
  • To be a team player, constantly share knowledge and care about pushing the hiring team forward 
  • To protect our culture by only hiring outstanding, kind people
  • To help us write our hiring playbook and build infrastructures
  • To help us build and drive our employer branding presence
  • To push for the highest standards in hiring and candidate experience
