To have 5+ years of experience as a professional in the Talent Acquisition domain.
To lead pipelines and hiring processes with a creative and strategic vision for it
To be an excellent executor of our strategic hiring plans
To be a team player, constantly share knowledge and care about pushing the hiring team forward
To protect our culture by only hiring outstanding, kind people
To help us write our hiring playbook and build infrastructures
To help us build and drive our employer branding presence
To push for the highest standards in hiring and candidate experience
